If you feel ready to talk about what is bothering you and have decided you are ready to start counselling then, please send me a message to contact me. If you can, tell me a little bit more about yourself, your situation and what you are struggling with at the moment. I usually respond by email and arrange to call you.
Initially, before we ‘meet’, for the first appointment (either face to face or online) it is good to chat, by telephone initially to see if you feel counselling would be helpful. I will respond to your enquiry as soon as I can to arrange this free, initial telephone consultation and tell you more about the counselling I offer.
Can I arrange a counselling session for a friend or relative?
If you’re trying to help someone be brave enough to take that first step towards counselling or remove one of the hurdles that will prevent them getting help you can contact me to see if I’m able to help with their issue and see if I have sessions available. The person with the issue though will need to follow this up and make contact to confirm a session. They can contact me by email or phone.
